Default hh:mm:ss AND Milliseconds?

How do I re-format my cell to show hours, minutes and milliseconds? I only
seem to be able to see hh:mm:ss

Format as

hh:mm:ss:000

hh:mm:ss.000

Hi Mike...unfortunately this doesn't work. Is this supposed to be done
through the 'custom' option in the 'numbers' tab?

yes you apply a custom format of

hh:mm:ss.000
