Default Using a macro to perform a mail merge

I know it is very simple to use the Mail Merge function from within
Word, but my bosses don't know how to use the Mail Merge.
They want to be able to click one button from within Excel and have the
mail merge complete. So is there a way to write a macro that will
create the mail merge from Excel and output the final merged Word
file?

Thanks
