Help logon to this site with VBA

I'm trying to pull my account balance from OptionsXpress.com
(http://www.optionsxpress.com/login.asp)

I created a web query that worked once but when I try and refresh the
results are blank.
I used the following txtUserID & txtPassword to set the login prompts.
Like I said it worked once but not with refresh

Please help
