JCIrish,
Depending on the version of XL you are running, there is an XLStart folder, e.g. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\XLStart Any Excel file placed in this folder will automatically open when you launch Excel. Also Excel has a number of start up switches that you can put in the target for the shortcut. These switches provide additional flexibility. Consult the Excel help for detailed instructions. MC "JCIrish" wrote in message ... I'm a novice at VBA Excel macro writing (Excel 2000). I'e read that I can store macros in personal.xls and they will be abailable to all of my workbooks. But, I don't seem to have personal.xls on my computer(I've searched where it's supposed to be, as far as I know). Can (how do) I create this workbook and then use it. |
