Default delete everything except e-mail address from cell

I have a column that I'm trying to remove unnecessary information from.
Each cell begins with an e-mail address, then has additional
information such as a name or phone number. Is there a way to delete
everything after the e-mail address?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
