Default Disabling Visual Basic Editor After Protecting Worksheet/Workbook

Is there anyway that i can prevent a user from launching the visual basic
editor in excel on a protected worksheet/workbook? Basically i dont want a
user to be able to see any of the vb code that is on the worksheet.
