Default how do I write a macro covering a workbooks with over 40 sheets

I need to compare two workbooks with multiple worksheets. I have one
assessment workbook that I can pull up and it will show in red the data that
does not match between the two workbooks. So, I need to write a macro for
each to get this data. I need help or guidance.
