Default Clicking Taskbar Icon will start macro

I am just curious if there is a way to setup thru vba to have a macro run if
I click on the taskbar icon showing the workbook that is open. So lets say I
have excel minimized and I click on the toolbar of windows to maximize the
excel but instead of maximizing it actually starts a macro from VBA?
