Default add a new row once list selected

Hi, I'm sure this is reasonably easy for some of you experts, but I'm
not great with VBA in excel so hope you can help.
My spreadsheet is this:

||LIST (based on another worksheet) || Vlookup formula || Vlookup
Formula ||

All I want to do is add another row with those same blank formulas, as
soon as I select something from the list.

I appreciate your help.
