I'm sharing many different file types on an IIS virtual directory. Other
files like Word and Adobe pdf save with Domain User rights. When Domain
Users try to save the Excel xls file, they are prompted before the Save As
browser pops up and only a domain admin account can get past the prompt.

Any ideas what resource(s) the xls is trying to access?
