Default Wildcard to pull all data

In the below code, how can I edit it to wildcard or pull all units and all
pascode?

& "WHERE (((UNIT)='125 LOGISTICS READINES SQ') AND ((PASCODE)=
'C21CF2BF')); "

Could use the operand <?
