Default multiple range using GetRange()

how can I get multiple range using GetRange() ?..like in VBA I can
define multiple ranges as Range("C4:E4, E7:F8, G11:H12, ...)... How to
do that in VC++ using GetRange(ColeVariant(...
I need to get data that located in multiple ranges like eg. C4:E4 +
E7:F8 + G11:H12..
