Default file error: data may have been lost problem

Hi

I got a workbook which when I open up it says "File error: Data may
have been lost" with an ok button I press ok and then i check the
contents and everything is in the exactly the right place and right
value. This seems only to be on Excel 97 as I have used it on Excell
2000 and had no problem opening it.
