Default Updating cells that are adjacent to a query

Hi
Using Excel 2003.
I have a range that pulls in product data from Sage Accounts program via MS
query.
To the right of this range is additional data. Some of this consists of
formulae that relate to the cells withing the "query range", others that
relate to specific items within that range. e.g. Range is A1:C10, in D1:D10
is a formula =A1&B1, etc, in E1 is the value £4.57,in E2 £3.45 etc (i.e.
customer's special prices).
At the moment , when I refresh the query, the "query range" updates (to
include a new product) as does the data in column D. Unfortunately, the
pricing data in column E is now out of synch. I have the query parameters set
to "insert entire rows for new data" which is fine for the calculated rows,
but not those relying on manual input. I have tried adding a formula into
column F to try to force the whole range to be updated, but it doesn't help!
Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome.
Regards
Colin Foster
