What answer are you looking for?

That formula works if you want to divide the sum of all values greate
than 0 in EY by the sum of all values (including the ones correspondin
to the <=0 values in EZ.

If you want to divide only by the sum of values that do don't have
number <=0 in the corresponing EY column then try something like:

=SUMIF(EY5:EY11,"0")/SUMIF(EY5:EY11,"0",EZ5:EZ11
