I have Excel 2003 and I want to print data entered into a spread sheet with
page breaks onto 3" by 5" cards. There is not a 3" by 5" paper option in Excel... has anyone done this and how did you do it? |

Hi Deana,
Did you try changing your printer options File, Page Set up, Page (tab), Options button this is really you printer not Excel look for "other Paper" then next "custom" and set up your paper size. Obviously you are going to have to insert your page breaks The option that the Microsoft really gives you is to use Mail Merge in MS Word with Excel as the database. http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/mailmerg.htm and you would probably have to set up you own paper definition. With Mail merge you extract the information from Columns, which is probably better suited to working with Excel for printing organized Index Cards, (unless you are just making copies of one page). -- --- HTH, David McRitchie, Microsoft MVP - Excel [site changed Nov. 2001] My Excel Pages: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/excel.htm Search Page: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/search.htm "Deana" wrote in message ...
