Default printing on 3 x 5 cards

I have Excel 2003 and I want to print data entered into a spread sheet with
page breaks onto 3" by 5" cards. There is not a 3" by 5" paper option in
Excel... has anyone done this and how did you do it?

This has been answered elsewhere. Please do not multi-post. There is a
message board devoted to Excel printing; your question belongs there and ONLY
there.
