I am looking to *A5 by 30% above $1 and lower the % by .1% for every $1 above
$1 total in D5. Like if it is $11 it would be 29%

Hi Roy,
This formula returns 3.19 which is 11*29/100

=A5*((30-(A5-1)*0.1)/100)

Is that what you are after?
