Default Provider Issue with Version Change?

I am developing a VBA add-in on Excel 2000 VBA 6.0.
I use provider MSDAORA with Oracle 9i client.

Some of my users have Excel 2003.
The MSDAORA provider does not work for them.
(I can see the their .dll file, but it is larger than mine.)
They have the same Oracle client version.

Any suggestions?
Thanks
