Default Hiding command bar

Hi

Currently I am using the following code to hide command bars and
everything else and it works fine, until someone tries to restore down
or minimize excel, then the toolbars re-appear again. Is there anyway
to stop this from happening?

Code:
--------------------
On Error Resume Next
With Application
.DisplayFullScreen = True
.CommandBars("Full Screen").Enabled = False
.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Enabled = False
.CommandBars("Cell").Enabled = False
.DisplayFormulaBar = False
.DisplayStatusBar = False
End With
With ActiveWindow
.DisplayGridlines = False
.DisplayHeadings = False
.DisplayHorizontalScrollBar = False
.DisplayVerticalScrollBar = False
.DisplayWorkbookTabs = False
End With
On Error GoTo 0
--------------------

TIA

Default Hiding command bar

I have been playing around with this some more but not found a solution.
However I know that it is due to the fact that when excel is restored
after being minimized, it is no longer being diaplayed in fullscreen
mode. Is there a way that you can force excel back into fullscreen
mode after it has been restored?

TIA
