Default Need macro bring internet explorer window to front

I need an Excel macro to activate one of several internet explorer windows
just as if I had clicked on its icon at the bottom of the screen. I'm only
aware of the Shell function for accessing objects external to Excel, and I
don't know how to apply it in this case.

Advice and/or references appreciated.
