Error of old type library or unrecognized HRESULT

Please, should someone help me by solving error which I got wen I added
reference of excel library 11.0 and try to add worksheet to opened excel
application.
In catched exception I had got negative number of Hresult (-2.147.319.784)
and source had been Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel and there isn't help
source.
