Default Calculate Mon-Friday (8AM-5PM)

I have a spreadsheet that has 14,000 rows with numerous fields.

The data is sampled every minute which is A field in the spreadsheet.

I would like to write a formula that would
average the data using Monday - Friday and 8AM - 7PM for columns B - AC.

Thanks,

Joe,

What column is being averaged?

Presumably column B is the date/time?
