Default Reginal issue(Please help)


We have a macro which does some processing and generate a dat files. Ou
company has some customer in Europe. Can it is possible I can defin
locale globally for a macro and all the processing will happening base
on that locale, irrespective of the local at the operating system level

the short answer is no, unless you use the API to change the settings

to see an excellent source for these type issues, see Stephen Bullen's site.

Thanks for the suggestion, it is very helpful.

I tried to look for window API by which I set the locale at workbook
level irrespctive what we have for windows operting system but had
no luck on that.

Does any body know to set the locale at workbook level.
