Default Help! Condiational Macro

Hi all! I've got a problem and I really need help.

Say the data in sheet 1 looks like this:

http://www.excelforum.com/attachment...tid=3960&stc=1

And the data in sheet 2 looks like this:

http://www.excelforum.com/attachment...tid=3961&stc=1

So basically, I need some macro that will fill up the Number column in
Sheet 2. As can be seen in Sheet 1, for example, AAA Inc. has only one
ID (AAA) but can be part of either the LMFI or LMFII group. So I need
something that will fill up the Number column in Sheet 2 conditional on
the Group in Sheet 1. Any help would be really really appreciated.
Thanks!
