Default "Conditional" Maximum


Hi all,

I have a table where i need to pull out the second maximum value. A
trying to work on something like "Maximum of the table which is lowe
than the Absolute Maximum" I am trying to use DMAX but not sure is th
right way to proceed.

Any suggestions out there???
