Default Open URL problem in excel xp

Hello out there,

In Excel 2000 I used to open an url to update data from this page like this:

Set wb =
Workbooks.Open("http://epp.eurostat.cec.eu.int/portal/page?_pageid=1996,39140985&_dad=portal&_schema=POR TAL&screen=detailref&language=fr&product=_STRIND&r oot=STRIND/strind/enviro/en031")

In Excel XP and 2003 this no longer seems to work. The page Excel is
opening does not contain the complete html page. When you open the same
url with a browser , you can see the complete page.

Does anybody know how to resolve this problem

Thanks in advance,
Mike,
Luxembourg
