It appears someone upgraded Outlook on that machine to 2003, everything else is 2002. I'm going to assume this is the problem. You might want to make that -- the version issue -- in its own section, and I would recommend making it #1 on the list! You'd think that with 10 years they would have solved DLL hell by now. *sigh* Maury |
