Default Digital Signing/Workbook On Open Event

With security set to High, Excel 2003 will not execute my On Open procedure.
As I want to preserve security, I tried to create a Digital Sign through
Options, Security, but was unsuccessful.

Can anyone tell me how to do this, or if there is a different workaround?

Thank you.
