Default Digital Signing of Macros in Excel 2000

Does anyone know how to automatically go through many Excel 2000 files,
determining if they contain (VB) Macros and if so Digitally Signing
these?
I'm in the process of migrating 26000 Excel spreadsheets to a new
infrastructure in which Digital Signing of macros is enforced and
MEDIUM security level is set.
