email on condition from "import external data"
I am trying to get an excel worksheet to email me when a cell value changes. I have been able to accomplish this if I manually change the cell data or if it changes by formula. My problem is, when the cell data changes by receiving new data from a refresh of "import external data", the data change will not invoke my send mail macro.
