MICOSOFT GIF FILES: patent issue
I have developed a program which makes use of a fair number of WINDOWS gif files, some lifted "as is" and others "re-morphed" to suit. I now intend to propagate the program in an education setting but the scheme sails somewhat too close to the commercial. I have read the END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT governing the use of Microsoft softwares but failed to get the definitive answer in all of the legal trammels spelt out. Can someone kindly fill me, if advisorily.
