One Problem is I don't have admin rights to install it.

I assume you can't download/install an ".exe" file.
My 'Chart Data Labels' Excel add-in comes as a .zip or .xla file.
It accomplishes the same things as the xy Labeler and has some extra features.
Comes with a Word.doc install/use file.
It is available - free - upon direct request.
Specify either .xla or .zip format.
Remove XXX from my email address.
