Default Type of macro (Excel Version 4) that cannot be disabled?

At File open, after selecting "disable macros" some Excel files display the
following message:

"This document contains a Type of macro (Excel Version 4) that cannot be
disabled"

What can be changed in the VBA code to allow the macro to be disabled?

Thanks,

Keith
