![]() This is a very ambiguous question as I am unsure if what I am asking is at all possible, and struggle to even begin on how to search for it... I have a very large WB that has multiple sheets with various calculations and individuals updating it on a daily basis. All this informatio is then consolidated into one worksheet which presents a variety of information using calculations, conditional formatting, and graphs. When the daily update is complete the audience is notified that the daily figures are ready to view. This consolidation sheet is the only sheet viewed by the audience so I want to drop the size of the WB by making this sheet the only available piece of the workbook. Is it possible to split parts of a WB after the daily update into a smaller file for general viewing which includes all formatting, graphs, etc Any help greatly appreciated Kristan -- Kstalker ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Kstalker's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=24699 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=402055 |

If you want to do it manually:
-Select your sheet -right click on the tab -move or copy -select 'new book' and select the box "create a copy" : Important! Now you have copied it, but you want to remove the formulas: Select the whole worksheet by -right click on the little square next to A1 (where A and 1 are meeting) - copy - rightclick there again - pastespecial values Now you may want to save your new workbook under a new name. ![]() Thanks for the replies. The only issue is that the conditional formatting and formatted colours do not copy correctly, is there a way to copy this without manually changing everything?
