Default Know exact position of a cell in the Sheet

Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to know the exact
position in numbers of a given cell in the worksheet.

For example, given the address of a unique cell (that is $A$4, or R3C3,
or whatever it can be), how can I know it's position in numbers? I want
to make calculations on it given it's position, and so, I need its
coordinates on the Worksheet in numbers.
