Default personal.xls

I set a colleage up with a personal.xls file and placed it into his "XLStart"
folder. Now, every time he opens Excel, instead of opening "Book1.xls", it
opens the personal.xls. Is there a way to fix it so that it opens Book1.xls
at startup?

The personal.xls file opens because it is in the XLStart as it should be,
but you want to use Window (menu), Hide, personal.xls
