Default currency rates

Hi,
Is there any way i can set the currencyrate
In my worksheet cell "I"stands for P/S (P for Purchase,S for Sale)
cell "J" for FCY
If i am giving in cell "I" P and cell "K" USD, I wanted to get the
currency Purchase rate in cell "K" .384 and the cell should accept
the allowed .002 up and down. I mean i can change to .386 or .382.
I hope i can create a table like the below in another sheet and
brought to the
above cells. but I dont know how to get it. (P for
Purchase,S for sale)

FCY PURCHASE SALE TOLERANCE
USD .384 .386 .002
GBP .700 .710 .005
EUR .470 .480 .005
AED .1045 .105 .002

Tolerance stands for the rate can be change that much
above or below, not fixed. But couldn't go beyond the
tolerance limits.
Please have a look on this matter.
with regards
nowfal.

Hard to tell what you have and what you are trying to do.

If you have the table, then in another cell, if you enter USD into K, you
can return something from the table with Vlookup.
