Default Creating a PivotTable in VBA

When I create a PivotTable in VBA using the CreatePivotTable method, the
resulting table does not have the Drop Row Fields Here and Drop Column
Fields Here areas like it does when created manually using the PT Wizard.
The table works OK - I can still drop fields on it, but I'd like to have
those Drop Here labels displayed as well. Any ideas?

Thanks,
