Default Linking to, and copying from, a web page

Howdy everybody! I've got a question about having a workbook use an
external data lookup to link intself to a web page and copy several
lines of information. What I need to do is create a workbook that,
when a command button is clicked, opens up a web page (which is just
another excel document saved as a web page, so it will be in
spreadsheet format), copies specific cells from that web page, and then
pastes them in the original spreadsheet. Is the syntax similar to that
which would be used to open another worksheet such as(Workbooks.Open
Filename:= _
"F:\Mtbfile01\worksheethere.XLS"), or do I need to be doing something
entirely different?? If someone could help me out with the code, or at
least point me in the right direction to find some help, that would be
grand. Thank you!!
