Default Local excel file to update website

Hi,

I need to do a webpage where I display two fields, the second is a STATUS
field. I want to be able to then publish the excel file as a non interactive
html file. I then need to have a link in my excel file such that if I make
changes to the excel file and save it, it will update the html version on my
website.

Is this possible? Please help me.
