Default Put in respective worksheets

Hello From Steved

I have a worksheet named Audit Report which is full off data. A6:Q255
In column A I have a name called City, Roskill, Papakura, Wiri, Shore, Orewa,
Swanson, Panmure, and Waiheke. Also I've named the worksheets City, Roskill,
Papakura, Wiri, Shore, Orewa, Swanson, Panmure, and Waiheke.

Please how do I put the value in each respective worksheet with a heading
which is A5:Q5.

For example in row A6:Q5 I have City, in row A7:Q7 I have Roskill and so on.
