Default Excel with Outlook Express

Dear Friends,

Hope you can help me in this regard, my problem is that I want to send a
Email (not as a attachment) to a certain persons from Excel automatically
through Outlook Express.

I have configured my Outlook Express. Details as Below:

Excel2000
Outlook Express 6
From:
Email To:
