Hello Folks - well, I thought I was pretty good, but I see that there
are some true pros on this list - getting the answer to a long held question inspired me to join the Group for future references sake. So, a big thank you to all for sharing your knowledge - my specific issue was having a VLOOKUP look across a data set of 35 columns and return the answer, without having to individually adjust each new equation for the next column reference, so a direct thank you to Excel MVP Thomas Ogilvy for the direction on using an array.
