Default iI need a capacity learning chart

I am trying to set up a capacity learning chart based on the state standards
for art.
Does anyone have a templete that would simplify the process?

Default iI need a capacity learning chart

Unfortunately no, I have seen it but could not find anything like what I
needed.
It is made of 5 to 8 columns and is used as a sort of check list for
accomplishments and learning measurement (e.g., what have the students
learned, how well have they learned it.
