Default UserForm with Frame - Problem

I'm using Excel (Office 2003) and I'm trying to put a frame on
userform. It errors everytime I try to run it with: "Could not load a
object because it is not available on this machine", and then
"Run-Time error '-2147352573' Could not find specified object". It the
deletes the frame from the userform.

I get the same thing if I put an image box (with a graphic) on th
userform. Without the graphic it works fine.

Any help is must appreciated,

Fossi
