Default showing hidden items of a pivot table in a cell

I am looking for a method where I can show *in a cell the Items that are
not included in a PivotTable. *
e.g Page fields USA, UK, EUR, AUST, but only the USA and UK are
selected. I would like to put in a cell (eg. A1) Report does not
include: EUR, AUST
