Default column headings

how can i make my column headings print on every page? for viewing on the
computer, i have the windows panes frozen in place. but i want it to print
each page with these headings on top as well?

Steve,

Choose . .
file / page setup /
Click on Tab named sheet
select rows to repeat at top
