This does not have to be a memory leak; are all the reports open at the same
time? If so you may be taxing your system's resources. Also, if the user
edits any cells it may be recalculating all the open workbooks.

Use the Windows Task Manager to see how much memory you are using, and also
to see if you are closing down Excel completely (might show multiple hidden
instances of Excel in the task list) as well as to monitor performance (see
how much of your CPU time is being used by Excel). Try setting the
calculation mode to manual if you can to avoid problems with recalculation
(but remember to recalculate when needed/set it back to automatic when done).
