Default Break-Even (or Payoff) with inflation factor

Hi,

I don't know what feature to use to solve my problem. I want to determine
the number of years it will take to pay off recoup my investment. My general
formula is:

Investment (minus) [(#of items)($annual fee)(+5% increase)] = 0

I want the ($annual fee) to increase by 5% each year? Please advise.

Sincerely, Soto
